Job Description

As a Transactions Manager in Receivables Operations, you will lead a team responsible for processing daily document transactions and extracting checks and remittances. Our Receivables Operations division empowers customers to handle paper-based payments and invoices/forms efficiently, capturing information with advanced technology services and transferring it to output files for accounts receivable or back-end process updates. We focus on delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers while leveraging the firm’s operations and technology infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of full and part-time front-line employees
  • Establish daily production goals based on productivity targets, budget, and resources
  • Monitor team output and manage personnel to achieve throughput goals
  • Manage shift operations, including personnel management and resolving production issues
  • Demonstrate sound leadership judgment and escalate concerns timely
  • Ensure compliance with customer and bank guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with the team, tailoring messages based on the audience
  • Track team performance and implement action plans for improvement
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
  • Minimum 7 years’ management/leadership experience
  • Strong leadership attributes: planning, organization, motivation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand end-to-end process flow and consider downstream impacts
  • Ability to lead, connect with, and be accessible for staff and direct reports
  • Ability to coordinate work while meeting multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance numerous activities
  • Results-oriented, always seeking process, productivity, culture, and cost improvements
Work Schedule:

This position may require non-traditional hours and additional hours as business needs arise. The work schedule might be subject to change: Monday

  • Friday 7am
  • 3:30pm (Feb, Mar, May, Jul, Aug, Nov, Dec) 11:30pm
  • 8am (Jan, Jun, Sep, Oct) 7pm
  • 7am (Apr) Shift differential: 15% for 3rd shift
