We are seeking a passionate, organized, and self-motivated Club Manager with sales, coaching, and management experience to join our energetic team! The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills and a drive for success. At KIDSUNITED, we prioritize child development which is achieved through our proven standardized curriculum. As a Club Manager, you will oversee the club’s operations and achieve sales goals while fostering a positive and welcoming environment for children, parents, and staff . Responsibilities and Duties Overseeing the quality of classes, sales, and club systems. Leading, managing, and developing the coaching and sales team. Building long-lasting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Managing and exceeding sales and operational budgets. Leading and coordinating ongoing sales initiatives. Recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees. Maintaining the highest level of customer service and eff ectively handling customer service concerns. Coaching classes when necessary. Qualifications Proven sales leadership is required! 2-3 years of sales and management experience, including overseeing all aspects of staff management. Minimum 1 year of youth soccer coaching experience OR 2-3 years of experience working with children and a background in soccer. Excellent leadership and management skills. Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to multitask and work in a team environment. Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend hours.

$50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
