The North Carolina Community College System Office seeks a Director of ERP Operations to join their Information Technology Team. This strategic leadership role is responsible for the enterprise resource planning technology solutions operated, maintained, and supported by the System Office. These solutions provide business automation for the System Office, the 58 North Carolina Community Colleges, federal, state, and local partners, and over 500,000 students, staff, and faculty. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled team of application developers, cybersecurity experts, and innovative higher education leaders focused on transforming service delivery using advanced, modern technologies from leading vendors in the higher education space. The Director of ERP Operations position requires proven systems administration skills, the ability to demonstrate and deliver excellent customer service, and the knowledge necessary to mentor a team of talented, seasoned application developers and systems administrators who are subject matter experts for their technical and functional domain areas. The recruitment salary is up to $120,557.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with State Benefits. Qualified candidates must document on the application that they possess all of the following: Demonstrated ability to manage cloud-based enterprise resource planning software
Ability to manage systems integrations and application program interfaces
Proven knowledge of software development life cycle
Scripting and programming skills

Management Preferences:

Experience with AGILE Methodology; Ellucian Colleague, Banner, System Administrator (SA) Valet, and/or Datatel Messaging
Interface (DMI)
Industry standard platforms including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Apache, ServiceNow, and/or
Sales Force
Working knowledge of Red Hat Linux, Python, PowerShell, C#, JSON, and/or ASP.NET.
