Job Summary:
North Ridge Country Club is a private club with multiple food and beverage outlets, all providing members with a platinum dining experience. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations at Mulligans, leading and managing staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. This role involves coordinating team activities, enforcing operational standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Love It, Own It, Handle It!
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily operations at Mulligans. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Monitor employee timecards daily and resolve any punch issues with employees. This role may also involve supervising additional outlets, including Bluebird Grill as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Mulligans F&B Manager to maintain exceptional operations. Uphold North Ridge Country Club’s high standards of customer dining service in Mulligans. Address member and guest concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining or event experience. Conduct regular quality checks on food, beverages and services.
Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrates experience in leading and managing staff to ensure operations efficiency. Strong skills in coordinating a team and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Effective at managing schedules and enforcing operational standards. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail preparation. Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Education and Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, with a focus on operations or a related field. Associate’s degree or 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. Basic computer knowledge
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Prolonged periods of standing and walking around the Club campus. In addition to afore mentioned duties and responsibilities, Operations Supervisor may be required to perform additional tasks by the Food & Beverage Manager. The Operations Supervisor must be professional, respectful and fair mannered at all times towards members, guests and all club staff, using discretion when taking disciplinary action, and always acting in the best interests of the club and membership.
