In this role, you will support the operational execution of new practice builds, relocations, closures, and mergers of existing practices. You will also play a critical role in integrating new offices into MyEyeDr. By conducting strategic analyses of current operational processes, you will identify opportunities for improvement and help develop and implement scalable solutions. While this position does not include direct reports, you will lead through influence—building strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution. This position reports directly to the Director, Internal Operations. This is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of either our Raleigh, NC or Vienna, VA offices. You Will Partner with the Director of Internal Operations to support the launch of new (De Novo) MyEyeDr. practices. Lead the execution of detailed project plans for opening, relocating, merging, or closing MyEyeDr. offices, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate logistics for the delivery and setup of inventory, fixtures, and equipment, and ensure timely procurement for all project-related needs. Oversee the development and upkeep of standardized supply kits, marketing materials, and other pre-built resources used across functional projects. Generate and maintain progress reports, delivering regular updates to project stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. Proactively identify and address gaps in processes, technology, or staffing, offering solutions that enhance operational efficiency in partnership with Field Leadership. Develop and manage field-facing tools and resources to ensure site readiness ahead of all project activations. Coordinate and facilitate Welcome Meetings for integrating teams in collaboration with Field Leadership, as needed. Support the creation and implementation of integration strategies that ensure a seamless transition of people, systems, and processes for acquired or merging offices. Assist with onboarding and “train-the-trainer” efforts to prepare on-site trainers for success in integration locations. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support a growing and evolving organization. About You Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field, or relevant work experience required. PMP or other relevant project management certifications preferred but not required. 5+ years of experience managing office integrations, relocations or other related operational projects. 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives. Proactive and driven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt quickly to shifting business needs. Proven experience supporting multiple high-impact, cross-functional projects with complex interdependencies. Skilled at serving as a key liaison between field operations and home office teams to ensure seamless execution without impacting patient care. Adept at building alignment and driving consensus among stakeholders to achieve strategic goals. Proficient in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. Well-versed in management principles, with the ability to apply proven techniques to optimize performance and process. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate fast-paced, dynamic environments.
