Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university strongly preferred and 2 years management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills and Qualifications:

Flexibility, innovation and the ability to manage staff, responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment Ability to effectively respond to and interact with staff at all levels of the organization Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings Visa sponsorship not available for this role

Salary Range Compensation:

$83,950.00/Year – $119,900.00/

The base pay range shown is a guideline.
