Job Description:

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a printing company in theRaleigh area who is hiring an experienced Operations Manager with astrong background in printing manufacturing to drive productivity,quality, and operational excellence. This is a direct hireopportunity working on 1 st shift, 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of printing production,including scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization. Ensureproduction targets are met while maintaining high-qualitystandards. Develop and implement process improvements to enhanceefficiency and reduce waste. Lead, train, and motivate productionteams to maintain a high-performance culture. Monitor equipmentmaintenance and ensure minimal downtime. Manage budgets, controlcosts, and optimize resource allocation. Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including sales, design, and logistics, toensure smooth operations. Maintain compliance with safety,environmental, and industry regulations. Analyze production dataand prepare reports to track performance and identify improvementareas.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in operationsmanagement within the printing manufacturing industry. Strongknowledge of printing processes, materials, and equipment. Provenleadership and team management experience. Excellentproblem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to managemultiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experienced usingLean manufacturing and 5S process improvement methodologies. Stronganalytical and process improvement skills. Proficiency inproduction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, or a related field isrequired, Master’s Degree preferred.
