Manage building, fleet, warehouse, and dispatch operations. Serve as the business’ Service Titan expert. Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions. Handle vendor relationships, Employee Relations and IT work orders. Process payroll, invoice batching and customer refunds. Serve as the business’ notary.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Strong detail-orientation with the ability to multi-task as needed. Positive, conscientious team player who can effortlessly collaborate on teams and project lead as needed Previous Service Titan experience preferred, although training will be made available.
