Foss Recycling, a leading metal recycler with 24 facilities across North Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee, is seeking a Regional Manager based in Central North Carolina . This leadership role will oversee six centrally located operating yards that purchase both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. These facilities include a mix of processing capabilities—such as shredding, baling, shearing, and loading rail cars—with some locations housing multiple operations. The Regional Manager will play a critical role in ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-performing operations while supporting our mission of Excellence in Recycling . What You’ll Do Lead Regional Operations :
Manage multiple facilities, ensuring efficient processing of ferrous (e.g., steel, iron) and non-ferrous (e.g., aluminum, copper, brass) metals, which are sorted, shredded, baled, and shipped.
Drive Process Innovation :
Develop new procedures to enhance sorting, baling, and shredding operations, minimizing waste and maximizing recovery of valuable metals.
Solve Operational Challenges :
Troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize logistics under time constraints, ensuring high-quality recycled metals meet industry standards.
Lead Teams :
