Administratively coordinates and manages hospital activities ona per shift basis under the direction of CNO or AOC. Responsiblefor staffing patient care areas, coordinating patient admissions,managing flow of patients throughout the hospital and generalsupervision of hospital. Maintains own professional growth anddevelopment in nursing leadership and required licensure.
Communicates important information to the CNO and otherAdministrative Team members as needed.
