Senior Director of Operations Support — Manufacturing Leadership | Raleigh, NC About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Director of Operations Support to join our leadership team! In this key role, you’ll provide direction and oversight for technical teams including Automation, Facilities, and Continuous Improvement. You’ll help shape a culture that values growth, self-development, and continuous learning, while guiding how we use our resources to achieve company goals. As a senior leader, you’ll play a big part in developing and implementing policies, and work closely with other leaders across MPG and our affiliate organizations. Together, you’ll help standardize processes and procedures that deliver top-quality service and solutions, all while keeping our employees safe and our products secure. What You Will Do Provide tactical and strategic leadership across operations support functions. Lead initiatives in automation, Lean, and Six Sigma to reduce waste and boost productivity. Optimize processes and systems that support manufacturing, engineering, and facility operations . Oversee CAPEX planning and budget management for your areas of responsibility. Develop and manage KPIs to monitor performance and implement continuous improvement plans. Partner cross-functionally to balance capacity and demand while scaling operations. Drive the adoption of manufacturing technology and process innovation. Lead and mentor a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of learning and development. Collaborate with senior leadership to implement enterprise-wide SOPs and strategies. What You Will Bring 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations or related technical fields. Experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment preferred. Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies . Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX planning . Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (Power BI preferred). Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
