• Top 100 ENR GC
• Raleigh will be expected to: Project Leadership& Execution Lead the on-site execution of complex commercialconstruction projects from groundbreaking through closeoutCollaborate closely with the Project Manager to drive schedules,control costs, and meet client expectations Develop and maintainproject schedules with milestones, sequencing, and critical pathtracking Field Management Direct daily field operations, managingsubcontractors, labor, materials, and equipment Enforce safetyprotocols and ensure all work complies with OSHA, company, andproject-specific standards Oversee quality assurance, conductregular site inspections, and resolve field issues proactivelyClient & Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary field pointof contact for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectorsParticipate in weekly OAC meetings, prepare daily logs, and providereal-time updates on schedule and progress Risk & Change ManagementIdentify and mitigate potential risks early Manage and documentchange orders, field directives, and coordination issues Mentorship& Team Building Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Superintendentsand Field Engineers Foster a collaborative jobsite culture focusedon accountability, communication, and excellence Profile Thesuccessful Senior Superintendent•Top 100 ENR GC•Raleigh shouldhave the following qualifications: 10 Years of Experience as aSuperintendent with a strong record of success on ground-up and/orlarge-scale commercial projects Strong knowledge of healthcare,higher ed, or industrial construction preferred Demonstratedability to manage projects valued at $40M from start to finishExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability tomotivate teams and maintain strong client relationships Proficiencyin scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and familiaritywith Procore or similar platforms OSHA 30 Certification and currentsafety training credentials preferred Job Offer The SeniorSuperintendent•Top 100 ENR GC•Raleigh will receive:
