Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, developing strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Drive account planning and strategy development to align client objectives with business capabilities and offerings. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value and support revenue growth. Monitor account health through data and performance metrics, providing regular reports, insights, and recommendations. Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients. Resolve client issues with efficiency, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning to inform strategic account growth. Support contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and the successful onboarding of new initiatives. Advocate for the client internally while balancing company priorities and resources. Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic partnerships, ideally working with enterprise-level clients. Proven track record of growing key accounts and driving client satisfaction and retention. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing revenue targets and pipelines. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple high-profile accounts and competing priorities simultaneously. Comfortable analyzing data, drawing insights, and communicating findings to both clients and internal stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and high attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, project management platforms).
