The Opportunity:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Strategic Accounts Manager to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. The Strategic Accounts Manager (SAM) oversees a strategic accounts team to ensure they effectively build relationships with client stakeholders, and that each client receives exceptional service at every touch point. The SAM is responsible for maintaining existing client performance while being tasked with expanding SPECTRAFORCE’s footprint and market share with current clients through creative and innovative sales strategies

A Glimpse Into Your Day:

Manage existing client performance and expectations including service levels to ensure complete client satisfaction both within competitive programs and other lines of business. Foster and expand relationships with client stakeholders, such as the MSP team, procurement leaders, talent acquisition, and client hiring managers. Effectively gather and manage information regarding client needs, pain points, and expectations. Continually explore new opportunities within existing clients to increase revenue both directly and through direct reports. Serve as primary point of contact for client related issues, concerns, and escalations. Support the hiring and training of strategic accounts team members. Manage strategic accounts team members, supporting their professional growth and helping them achieve their goals. Monitor team members metrics and KPIs, providing performance feedback and conducting improvement conversations as needed. Strategize with team members on ways to grow within existing client portfolios and align within strategic accounts or cross functional sales members. Partner with recruitment teams to ensure optimum account performance. Review and audit candidate submittal quality.?? Maintain communication and collaboration internally between all internal teams. Who You Are:

High school diploma/GED Minimum five (5) years working experience overall Minimum two (2) years of high-volume account management experience Minimum one (1) year of sales experience Minimum one (1) year of experience managing and leading a team Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills, including proven ability to develop strong rapport and relationships quickly?? Ability to translate concepts into actionable items Confident decision-making and excellent intuitive judgement Professional, adaptable, and resilient Goal-oriented and strong desire to be successful Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Proficient with
