Supervisor, Quality Outreach Position Available In Wake, North Carolina

Position Purpose:

•Responsible for day-to-day oversight of a team of coordinators that perform Quality outreach activities to close care gaps and achieve quality measures. This includes training, performance management, monitoring daily operations, metrics, as well as administrative and Human Resources related responsibilities. + Supervises daily operations of the department. + Partners with internal staff on key initiatives and outreach for members as needed + Monitors work flow of employees in the department. + Supervise the daily activities of staff to promote quality improvement and efficiencies + Performs special projects and other duties as assigned + Maintains staffing schedule and daily time sheets + Interviews prospective job applicants and assists in the hiring process. + Responsible for onboarding and training of new staff members + Prepares performance management plans for associates + Performs other duties as assigned + Complies with all policies and standards •

Education/Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, or related degree and 3 years of experience with 3+ years of supervisory/management experience required. Similar experience in lieu of the education is allowed.

Pay Range:

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
