Summary:

The Director – Operations – MH Urgent Care role isresponsible for directing, integrating and coordinating the UrgentCare service line with the primary goals of high-quality patientcare, efficiency, and programmatic growth. The Director is alsoresponsible for managing day-the day-to-day operations of theUrgent Care network.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, andAbilities (KSAs):

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a business or health-relatedfield is required.

Master’s Degree Preferred License/Certifications:

Valid driver’s license required

Experience:

Five years of leadership experience in Urgent Careoperations, Walk In / On Demand Care, or Ambulatory Health Caresetting preferred.
