Operations Manager Lamprey Suburban Septic Moultonborough, NH 03254 OPERATIONS MANAGER Lamprey Suburban Septic Service, Inc., a long-time family-owned, well-established business in the Lakes Region of NH has an immediate opening for an experienced Operations Manager in our Moultonborough, NH office. This position requires a strong leader who has experience in managing a team. Someone who is able to constructively motivate and inspire staff along with overseeing our busy septic service business. This is a working position that will include some deskwork but also actively manages service requests, vehicle maintenance and team communication. You must be willing and able to become knowledgeable with all aspects of the business and the services we provide, enough so that you could step in to any position whenever needed. A CDL A or B with tanker endorsement is required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED AS OUR OPERATIONS MANAGER

• Experience managing a team
• Exceptional ability to lead and manage diverse personalities and equipment by maintaining and promoting a positive attitude and work environment.
• Work closely with various team members and customers on a day-to-day basis to solve problems, maintain equipment and increase productivity.
• Oversee and follow-up on procurement of necessary parts to assure deadlines are met.
• Ensure the staff adheres to company quality and safety standards.
• Proactively respond to internal and external customers in a way that effectively and accurately addresses service requests.
• Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met.
