Reservation Specialist Beach Camping Area 776 White Mountain Hwy, North Conway, NH 03860 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires a passion for travel planning and hospitality, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met. Duties Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms. Provide detailed information about hotel accommodations, amenities, and local attractions. Assist customers in planning their travel itineraries, ensuring a seamless booking experience. Handle changes or cancellations of reservations with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and address any special requests. Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions in the reservation system. Upsell additional services or packages to enhance the guest experience. Experience Previous experience in travel planning or hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Familiarity with campground operations and reservation systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients. Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to promote services confidently.
