Job Description
As an Operations Manager you, will oversee the daily scheduling and deployment of company resources to meet customer needs with a strong emphasis on safety, asset utilization, and cost efficiency. Your goal will be to provide exceptional leadership that enhances operational performance and fosters strong relationships with both employees and customers. Your Responsibilities:
Ensure drivers and technicians are properly trained and equipped to perform safely and effectively Address concerns related to safety, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction Create individual training plans to develop cross-functional skills across the team Optimize daily scheduling and resource allocation to maximize equipment use and maintain service excellence Uphold compliance with Hours of Work regulations while ensuring employee well-being Assign appropriate equipment based on jurisdictional and job-specific requirements Manage incident reporting through Site Safe, conducting thorough investigations as needed
Your Skills:
Strong multi-tasking, time management, and decision-making skills Excellent communication abilities and negotiation acumen A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement The ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-driven environment
Your Experience:
