FIELD SITE COORDINATOR

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Field Site Program Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring our service delivery meets or exceeds all compliance requirements while supporting our mission to serve vulnerable populations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining program quality across multiple field sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations across field sites
Develop and implement tracking systems to document program activities and outcomes
Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance adherence and program quality
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation systems for compliance verification
Train field staff on compliance requirements and documentation protocols
Prepare and submit required reports to funding agencies and regulatory bodies
Identify compliance gaps and implement corrective action plans
Collaborate with program managers to ensure service delivery aligns with grant requirements
Stay current on changing regulations that impact program operations
Serve as the primary liaison between field sites and compliance/quality assurance teams
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in social services program management or compliance
Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing social service programs
Experience with compliance tracking systems and documentation management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with data management systems and reporting tools
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple sites (75% travel throughout NH)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships
Compensation:
