The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality or commercial cleaning. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency. Performance bonuses, quarterly, based on client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and employee training and performance. Company car provided. Car insurance provided. Gas provided. Healthcare allowance of $300/month provided. Duties Manage daily operations and ensure all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. Supervise and lead a team, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance. Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize staff productivity while maintaining quality service delivery. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and safety regulations. Address any customer feedback or concerns related to cleanliness in a timely and professional manner. Requirements Proven experience in management, preferably within the hospitality or commercial cleaning sectors. Please provide three references. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of custodial practices, safety regulations, and cleaning techniques. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed, to meet operational demands. Ability to fill in when employees call out, unexpectedly. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and clients.
