The position of Ticket Operations Supervisor will oversee ticket operations for the Liberty Cheer event being held at the Whittemore Center on April 5 & 6, 2025.
Duties/Responsibilities
Supervise Ticket Office staff, including Box Office Assistant, Part Time Employees, and Interns
Assist ticket buyers daily with inbound and outbound phone calls
Process tickets in a timely and accurate manner to ensure fulfillment is being met amongst Season Ticket Members, Corporate Partners, Group Buyers, and Individual Ticket Buyers
Minimum Qualifications
Ticket Supervisor Minimum Requirements :
Experience in a sports box office
Expected to work weekends, holidays, and nighttime hours
Minimum 2-3 years in a high-volume customer service environment
Required Licenses & Certifications :
PCI Compliance
Successfully onboarded into
UNH Athletics Ticket Operations Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Highly effective telephone, computer and organizational skills
The ability to maintain composure and professionalism during periods of peak demand
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to the highest level of customer service
Ability to work collaboratively
Excellent people skills, with the ability to interact effectively and in a professional, diplomatic and mature manner with internal and external clients at all levels.
Other Requirements :
Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance and procedures
