Full-Time Position Summary HHP, Inc. is seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our Pallet Shop team. This role is critical to maintaining high operational standards, meeting customer demands, and driving continuous improvement within our pallet production and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, team-oriented, and committed to excellence in both production and service.
Key Responsibilities Lead Daily Operations:
Supervise day-to-day pallet shop activities to ensure timely order fulfillment and optimal workflow.
Production Oversight:
Monitor production schedules and inventory levels to verify that customer commitments are met with efficiency.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain and enhance quality control standards, ensuring every pallet meets HHP’s high-performance expectations.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor supervisors and team members to meet performance and efficiency goals.
Problem-Solving:
Quickly address production or personnel challenges with practical, safety-first solutions.
Customer Service Mindset:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with production management tools. Background in customer service or sales support is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on setting with a focus on quality and efficiency. Why Join HHP?
