My client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager tosupport their company by working hands-on in the production processof multiple new products within the medical device and diagnosticsspace. This person should have strong problem solving, criticalthinking and strong leadership experience. Client Details My clientis a medical diagnostics company that develops rapid, near-patientdiagnostic tests to support timely decision-making in criticalcare. Its product platform provides quick, lab-quality results thatare backed by the FDA. Description The Operations Manager’sresponsibilities will include the following daily tasks: Workingcollaboratively with R D teams Optimizing production processesRedeveloping and reinventing products Working hands-on with 2-3 NPIprocesses Troubleshooting problems related to production processesOverseeing 2 to 3 individuals Leading and coordinating technicaloperations Managing technology transfer activities Profile Theideal Operations Manager should have: 5-7 years of hands-onrelevant experience Experience with ELISA or antibody manufacturingExperience working within FDA regulations Chemical Binding A strongability to work cross-collaboratively Coding and antibody conjugateexperience a plus A Bachelor of Science in a relevant field MastersDegree or PhD.
