Key Responsibilities Operations & Planning Develop and execute strategic plans for production, inventory control, and order fulfillment aligned with customer demand and business goals. Use NetSuite ERP and MRP tools to generate production schedules, material plans, and inventory forecasts. Analyze operational data to identify trends, drive root cause analysis, and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards across all functional areas. Manufacturing Oversight Manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals, safety, and quality standards are consistently achieved. Utilize NetSuite Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to monitor production performance and provide real-time visibility into shop floor activities. Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement. Lead implementation of Lean principles, 5S, and standard work instructions to drive efficiency. Inventory & Shipping Oversee inventory management processes and ensure accurate stock levels through NetSuite and MRP integration. Monitor material availability and coordinate with Purchasing to avoid shortages or excess inventory. Manage inbound and outbound logistics to meet on-time delivery targets. Facilities Management Oversee maintenance and infrastructure needs for the Salem facility, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations. Coordinate vendor services, repairs, and capital improvement projects. Lead safety audits and enforce environmental and regulatory compliance. Systems & Technology Act as the Salem site lead for NetSuite ERP utilization, ensuring accurate data entry and system discipline across teams. Drive adoption and optimization of MRP/MES tools to enable planning accuracy, work order tracking, and performance reporting. Provide feedback and collaborate with corporate IT and operations teams on system enhancements and process automation. Leadership & People Management Supervise a team across Manufacturing, Inventory, Shipping, and Facilities functions. Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Serve as a liaison between the Salem site and corporate operations, contributing to strategic planning and execution. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises a team of 2 Managers with 26 employees in Manufacturing, Inventory, Shipping, and Facilities. Responsibilities include hiring, performance reviews, work assignments, coaching, and issue resolution, in line with company policies and applicable regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or operations environment preferred. Experience with NetSuite

ERP, MRP

planning systems, and MES platforms required or strongly preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong operational knowledge in low- to mid-volume manufacturing environments. Proficient in using ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, for planning, inventory, and reporting. Familiarity with MRP logic, bill of materials (BOMs), routings, and capacity planning. Knowledge of MES tools and real-time production tracking systems. Effective team leadership and employee development skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication. Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, and use hands. Occasionally must lift or move up to 25 pounds. Must be able to visually inspect product and read data on screens. Work Environment Combination of office and production floor environments. Exposure to machinery, tools, and moderate noise levels. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, API considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
