This position will work closely with Account Managers and Field Engineers to ensure orders are fulfilled and shortages are communicated and replaced with alternative solutions or sub rented inventory as needed. The OM will arrange logistic movements for shipping equipment and communicate budgetary information with the Account Managers. The OM will oversee additional shop staff as they are added and delegate daily duties to them to keep operations moving forward to hit time-based goals for gear deployment. Responsibilities Coordinating and tracking all equipment and materials in and out of facility Scheduling and overseeing equipment maintenance Working close with other departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks maintaining accurate records and tracking for analyzing key performance metrics Oversee logistical shipping and receiving needs daily.
