Negotiable Responsibilities We are looking for a team leader with great communication skills to inspire others. Must be reliable! The best ability is availability. Manage and supervise 30+ dock employees. Monitor the safety of employees. Evaluate and verify all freight is loaded and unloaded safely. Confirming all trailers are correctly being loaded. Confirming all seals and locks are being put on the trailers after the trailer is completely loaded and ready for delivery. Complete Admin office work. Strong communication skills. Requirements Candidate must have previously worked in a warehouse. Being fluent in both English and Spanish is a huge plus! Should have excellent organizational, planning and time management skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with computers including Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience working with loading and unloading of packages. Pays attention to details. Experience working with scanners. Reliable transportation. Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs. Open availability and open to longer hours if needed Hours 7:30 AM

• 5:00 PM, Monday
• Friday primarily with possibility to switch to Sunday
• Thursday.

During various times, Friday and/or Saturday may be needed
