We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our HVAC and Plumbing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, leading a team, and managing materials. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of industry best practices, strong financial analysis skills, as well as proficiency in operational software such as ServiceTitan. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the HVAC and Plumbing departments
Manage and train staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
Implement and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance service delivery
Manage inventory and equipment procurement
Utilize ServiceTitan for scheduling and dispatching to streamline operations Qualifications Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the HVAC and/or Plumbing industry Financial Analysis – ability to manage cost of labor and materials Strong knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing systems and service operations
Experience with operational software, specifically ServiceTitan
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required Benefits $130,000 – $140,000 base salary DOE
