We operate nationally across premier venues, including NBA, NFL, MLS, and NCAA stadiums. Responsibilities Oversee daily business operations for youth sports programs, including high-profile NBA-featured events and competitive leagues. Lead and coordinate cross-functional departments, marketing, logistics, coaching, and administration. Manage national event operations in professional sports venues across the NBA, NFL, MLS, and NCAA. Implement and optimize workflows using enterprise tools (e.g., Playbook). Direct financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Develop and execute business strategies to scale and expand program reach. Supervise seasonal hiring, training, and staff development initiatives.
