  • Position Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager, Field Administration with an enterprise mind-set to join our Commercial Operations team.

This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners, managing centralized operational activities that incentivize and enable field execution with a focus on process improvement. The role works closely with Sales Leadership, Field Strategy and Operations, and several cross-functional teams (ex. Fleet, Travel/Meeting Planning, IT, HR, Finance, Legal/Compliance, Incentive Compensation, T&E Management). This is an important role within the Worldwide Commercialization Strategy & Operations Organization and key to Bristol Myers Squibb’s ambition to continue advancing the efficient and expeditious execution of field operations. In this position, this individual will report directly to the Associate Director, Commercial Operations, which includes Samples Management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Oversee the end-to-end process for hospital/institution credentialing and state/jurisdictional licensing.

+ Manage routine credentialing requests, escalations, and field structure/roster changes. + Maintain and update field training resources related to licensing and credentialing. + Own vendor relationships for third-party services (credentialing, medical screening, background checks). + Ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements in consultation with Legal & Compliance. + Partner with meeting planners to coordinate the annual Winners Circle Award Trip for top performers, including on-site support, winner data, maintain Incentive trip rules, communications, sourcing, budget, tax-gross-ups, and accrual process. + Manage budgets, allocations, gross-ups, and vendor oversight for IMPACT Awards and other incentive programs. + Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align reward strategies with business objectives. + Manage Sales Leadership Society program in collaboration with Field Strategy Operations. + Lead small-scale projects to simplify field procedures while ensuring compliance. + Manage the RxVantage contract and ensure its effective use by field teams. + Support field restructuring initiatives in collaboration with matrix partners. + Drive change management for centralized field administration processes (e.g., Fleet, Expense Reporting, Incentive Programs, Sales Leadership Society). + Develop and deliver clear communications to field teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • + 5+ years of experience in field operations, marketing operations, meeting planning, finance, or a related field.

+ Proven ability to manage project budgets and vendor relationships. + Strong enterprise mindset with a track record of process improvement. + Deep understanding of BMS operations and ability to navigate a complex, evolving organization. + Experience working in a matrixed environment and leading cross-functional teams. + Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. + Comfortable engaging with and presenting to senior leadership. + Quick learner with the ability to adopt new technologies and systems. + Bachelor’s degree required If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
