Operations Manager Mighty Auto Parts of Central Jersey – 3.3 Ewing, NJ Job Details Full-time $42,000 – $52,000 a year 16 hours ago Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Sales Mid-level Microsoft Office Driver’s License Under 1 year Full Job Description The primary responsibilities of the Operations Manager are to establish and maintain customer relationships, make sales presentations (both new cold calls and existing customer upgrades), open new accounts, nurture customer rapport, write weekly replenishment orders, and assist in critical warehouse functions in Hough Group Holding’s, Mighty Auto Parts entity.
Principal Duties:
1. Write weekly replenishment orders at customer locations throughout the Mighty territory (approximately 10-15 customers a day) throughout Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, Mercer, and Somerset counties. 2. Manage customer inventory both efficiently and accurately. 3. Update customer inventory based on sales history and new part numbers 4. Assist the General Manager to establish new customers and assist in new customer setups along with product changeovers 5. Assist the Customer Relationship Manager with warehouse functions, specifically pulling product, packing orders for delivery, and processing orders (invoicing). 6. Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner 7. Assist in managing Accounts Receivable relationships with customers and responsible for prompt collections of amounts owed. 8. Responsible for growing the territory sales to increase market penetration, add new business, and upgrades current customers to additional product lines. 9. Assist the General Manager in managing customer pricing strategies

Strong Team-Oriented A Player Experience/Qualifications :
1. 2-3 years of sales experience is preferred but not required. Training available! 2. Automotive, Transportation, or Distribution background preferred 3. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work in both high and low temperatures 4. Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record 5. This position may require up to 500 miles of driving per week. Candidates must be comfortable driving for long periods of time. 6. Must possess a professional experience 7.
