Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of both Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation divisions Manage scheduling, crew supervision, quality control, and customer satisfaction Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth project execution and client communication Maintain high standards of safety, productivity, and professionalism on all job sites Implement and uphold SOPs throughout both divisions Coordinate with internal teams on proposals, estimates, and project planning

Qualifications Needed:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant operations management role Bilingual (Spanish) Experience working with Business Management Software (Aspire s/w Preferred) Certified Landscape Technician (preferred) Licensed Irrigation Contractor (preferred) Certified in 3A (Ornamental) and / or 3B (Turf) (preferred) Demonstrated experience scaling team – proven ability to strategically grow and lead a team from 15 to 30+ members while maintaining high performance, culture, and operational efficiency.
