This role ensureshigh-impact alignment and seamless program management across keyfunctions
- including Regional Strategic Leads (RSLs), field teams,Marketing, Sales, Patient Support Services (PSS), Medical Affairs,and Tzield brand leadership.
In addition to core operationalresponsibilities, the Head of Operations will also lead keystrategic projects and ad-hoc initiatives aimed at enhancinggo-to-market (GTM) effectiveness and fostering strongercross-functional collaboration. Drawing from a strong background inhealthcare strategy and operations, this leader will apply rigorousproblem-solving, business analytics, and structured execution toaccelerate performance and outcomes across the organization. Therole is part of the MSA Acceleration Leadership Team and reportsdirectly to the Head of MSA Acceleration. Main Responsibilities:
- Support thedevelopment and drive the execution of the MSA Accelerationstrategy while ensuring alignment with Tzield overall brandobjectives and key priorities.
- Develop and manage MSA specificintegrated project plans, timelines, and performance metrics forkey programs and initiatives. Oversee high-impact projects byensuring clear deliverables, cross-functional coordination, andmeasurable outcomes. Ensure project visibility at leadership leveland manage risks proactively.
- Ensure clarity and transparencyacross leadership by managing executive communications, MSAleadership team meetings, reporting, and cross-functional updates.
Craft executive presentations as well as concise updates & followups and ensure alignment through structured governance.
- Supportthe scoping and development of MSA specific QBRs, ensure criticaltopics are addressed and tight follow up is executed.
- Refine andmaintain MSA performance dashboard and deliver results to MSA andfranchise leadership.
- Foster collaboration across Marketing,Sales, PSS, Medical, and other Commercial teams by leveraging adeep understanding of each function’s roles & strategic prioritiesto ensure seamless execution. Identify potential friction pointsand proactively solution with all stakeholders involved. Secureshared ownership of outcomes and facilitate regular touchpoints tostay aligned.
- Develop and implement scalable processes to enhanceefficiency, streamline workflows, and improve decision-makingwithin the MSA Acceleration team.
Continuously refine operatingmodels to ensure agility, speed, and clarity across initiatives.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degreestrongly preferred particularly with a focus in healthcare, lifesciences, or business.
- 5 years of experience in strategicoperations, management consulting (preferably at a top-tier firm),experience healthcare is a plus.
- Proven ability to leadcross-functional teams and complex initiatives, with a strong trackrecord of execution in dynamic, matrixed environments.
- Strongstrategic thinking, analytical rigor, and structuredproblem-solving skills, with comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and executivecommunication skills including the development of executivepresentation. Ability to influence and align stakeholders at alllevels.
- High emotional intelligence and an inclusive leadershipstyle, with a track record of leading culture enhancinginitiatives.
- Proficiency in business analytics and commercialtools (e.g., Veeva, Power BI, Tableau). Ability to leverage data todrive decision-making and performance improvement.
