Job DetailsResponsibilities:

Provide overall leadership for plant operations.

Set manufacturing vision and goals/objectives. Align resources anddevelop associates. Support and enforce a sustainable and safe workculture with a goal towards zero injuries and zero environmentalimpact. Support a culture of product safety•ensures that allproducts manufactured meet customer requirements andspecifications, and quality standards are enforced Support metrics,KPIs, and scorecards to ensure performance targets and strategicobjectives are met. Support lean manufacturing concepts, tools, andtechniques to ensure high performance work systems. Collaboratewith /supports external departments in meeting customer goals andexpectations. Coordinate manufacturing activities to balance andinsure timely production and maintenance needs. Direct staff tospecific projects to address immediate and future business needsbased on knowledge of personnel, production methods, processes andequipment. Establish budgets and maintain ongoing monthlyoperations expenses. Support annual expense and capital budgetingprocess. Identify and implement strategic direction for thedepartment annually. Identify continuous improvement opportunitiesto drive improved business performance.

Qualifications:
