We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven District Manager to oversee multiple centers across Central New Jersey. District Managers play a critical role in our continued growth and success-serving as inspirational leaders who coach, develop, and drive operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership position that blends strategic planning, people development, and business execution. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Development Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-performing Center Sales Leaders (CSLs) and Associates. Train and coach CSLs to consistently deliver on brand and operational standards. Champion a motivating, hands-on leadership style focused on growth, engagement, and high-performance culture. Maintain top-tier visual and operational standards across all centers. Business & Operational Excellence Analyze performance metrics (sales, labor, expenses, KPIs) across centers and implement action plans to exceed targets. Optimize payroll and scheduling processes to support profitability. Roll out strategic initiatives to drive revenue and operational improvements. Employee Relations & Compliance Lead employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, benefits, leave management, and employee relations matters. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and team collaboration. Ensure workplace safety and protection of company assets. Guest Experience Guarantee a consistently outstanding guest experience in every center. Support CSLs and teams in resolving guest concerns with empathy and urgency. Uphold EWC’s guest service standards through coaching and quality assurance. Policy Implementation & Communication Drive the successful rollout of policies, procedures, and corporate initiatives. Ensure consistent brand execution in pricing, merchandising, and marketing efforts. Act as a key liaison between center teams and regional/corporate leadership to provide insights and feedback. Qualifications & Experience 5-7 years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail or service-based industries. Demonstrated success in managing multiple locations and developing high-performance teams. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related business tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred. Ability to travel 60-80% across the assigned district. Proven track record of achieving business goals through strategic leadership and execution.
Salary Range:
$80,000 – $85,000 per year What We Offer Competitive Base Salary +
