What You’ll Be Doing Welcome & Seat Guests:

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, manage seating flow, and oversee reservation logistics. Lead the

Front-of-House Team:

Guide servers, bussers, and hosts with clear communication, motivation, and hands-on support. Coordinate With the

Kitchen & Bar:

Ensure the flow of service is smooth and timely, and guest requests are handled seamlessly. Set the

Tone & Ambiance:

Oversee music, lighting, cleanliness, and table settings to maintain a refined, welcoming atmosphere.

Resolve Guest Concerns:

Respond quickly and gracefully to any guest issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Coach in

Real-Time:

Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing feedback and support to maintain high service standards.

Monitor Cleanliness & Safety:

Ensure FOH and back-of-house areas are spotless and safe, and that all staff adhere to dress code and health regulations.

What We’re Looking For Experience:

At least 2 years of front-of-house supervisory experience; prior server/bartender experience required.

Leadership Style:
