This key leadership role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that support business growth through the optimal use of resources. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with proven experience in business operations and organizational management.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop, Implement, and manage operational policies and procedures. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Create and execute strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Business Operations:
Ensure compliance for all existing contracts. Design and manage document storage and organization systems. Manage information technology and security infrastructure. Support contract management for new partners, employees, and contractors.
Financial:
Collaborate with accounting to produce financial reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Oversee client invoicing, vendor payments, and financial compliance processes. Approve invoices for accounts payable. Develop and maintain price books, rate sheets, and sales quotes.
Supervision:
Supervise operations division staff. Supervise staff and contractors assigned to business development.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field required. Minimum of 5 years’ of experience in business operations, strategic planning, or project management preferred.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning internal systems quickly. Thorough understanding of operational best practices and regulatory compliance.
