Operations Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
Monitors and acts daily for Safety and Quality performance Manages and monitors hourly assembly and/or machining personnel effectively by providing constructive feedback Involved in hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations as dictated by business demands and performance of subordinate personnel Manage employee timecards Responds effectively to customer feedback and takes action to improve customer satisfaction Ensures a supply of material that supports the production plan by working with other functions including Production Control and Purchasing Works with the manufacturing engineering team to ensure production equipment, tooling, and processes are aligned to meet objectives
Collaboration:
Liaise with various corporate departments, including sales, customer service, human resources, new product development, and accounting to ensure all aspects of production are aligned and resources are available when needed Continuous improvement and implement best practices to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness Apply Now Don’t Miss Out On A Great Company! #nowhiring Experience with an ERP system, preferably Oracle/NetSuite is a plus 5-10 years of manufacturing experience including 2 years as a leader in a similar role
