This role requires a deep understanding of clothing construction, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage both people and technical systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of a team of tailors, ensuring high standards of quality and productivity. Oversee the fittings and communicate with customers regarding garment alterations, repairs, and adjustments. Manage and track customer orders, garment status, and deadlines using internal software or systems. Serve as a point of contact between customers and tailoring staff to ensure accurate and satisfactory service. Conduct quality checks on finished garments to ensure precision and customer satisfaction. Train, mentor, and support tailoring staff as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Knowledge of tailoring, garment construction, and fabric types preferred. Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a tailoring or garment-related business. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable with using data entry systems and managing technical aspects of order tracking.
