Required Years of Experience 4 years Job Details We’re looking for a Beverage Manager to lead our beverage program—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, supports day-to-day operations. As our Beverage Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping our bar culture, managing logistics, and supporting the General Manager in smooth daily service. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of our beverage operations—from curating wine and cocktail menus to monitoring inventory, costs, and compliance. This role blends creativity, organization, and hospitality- offering a dynamic opportunity for growth. Beverage Program Management Lead inventory audits and order spirits, wine, and supplies to maintain proper stock levels. Collaborate on cocktail menu development and seasonal updates. Monitor beverage costs, sales, and expenses to drive profitability. Train FOH team members on drink preparation, service standards, and product knowledge. Maintain bar cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards. Handle invoice submissions, month-end reports, and inventory adjustments. Build and maintain supplier relationships and ensure accurate deliveries. Manage cellar organization, receiving, and inventory platforms. Submit accurate by-the-glass counts and escalate discrepancies or delivery issues when needed. FOH Leadership & Operations Assist in daily shift management: scheduling, team communication, and floor support. Create and distribute pre-shift materials, VIP updates, and training resources. Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to FOH staff. Promote a positive, collaborative work environment across all departments. Ensure service standards are met and exceeded during each shift. We’re looking for: A motivated and organized hospitality professional with 3+ years of beverage or bar management experience. Experienced in wine and spirits, with a strong understanding of inventory systems and vendor relations. A natural leader with excellent communication, team development, and multitasking skills. Passionate about service, eager to learn, and committed to excellence.
Compensation Details Compensation:
Salary ($75,000.00 – $100,000.00)
