Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account + Manages overall day to day operations of the account ensuring seamless execution and operational efficiency in a variety of environments + Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations + Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training + Fosters strong connection with building residents and venue guests to ensure a consistently high-end luxury experience + Maintains positive working relationships with Client as well as other departments + Collaborates with the Chef and management team in creating innovative menus and providing top quality food + Implements new culinary programs in coordination with Company marketing and culinary teams customizing offerings to create a bespoke dining experience across diverse settings + Oversees residential amenities to curate and provide a holistic food and beverage experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred + Previous hospitality leadership in luxury environment + Five years of fine dining foodservice operation experience + Exclusive event and catering experience are essential + Previous experience managing a budget + Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company + Apply to Union Square Events today!
