Job Description
Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation and activities; listen to clients preferences and provide personalized recommendations to create tailored travel plans; research and stay up to date on the latest travel trends, destinations and industry news; handle client inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information regarding travel options, pricing and availability; collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to secure the best deals and negotiate favorable terms for clients; maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise before, during and after travel. 4 years of experience working in Travel, Transportation or Logistics. Prior experience must include 4 years of experience working with Sabre, 4 years of experience working in international travel, and 4 years of experience working with ARC. Must have international travel experience that includes travel to at least 10 different countries.
