• Responsibilities for this Hospitality Specialist position include but are not limited to:
• + Set up and reset meeting rooms in accordance with client and company standards + Maintain kitchen areas, monitor supplies, and restock as needed + Greet and assist customers in a professional and service-oriented manner + Perform light cleaning duties and conduct walk-throughs to ensure readiness of rooms + Accurately follow verbal instructions and respond to service requests in a timely manner + Additional duties as assigned by supervisor •

Education/Certification Requirements:

• + High School Diploma or GED
• Qualifications & Characteristics for this Hospitality Specialist role:
• + At least 6 months of experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to lift or move 40+ lbs and push a cart with up to 100 lbs + Comfortable standing, walking, bending, or kneeling for extended periods + Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel) + Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local branch.
