Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations HR Support Manger to support and implement programs related to the year-round staffing utilized across client portfolio. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operational functions, supporting operation teams, and maintaining effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to HR management and staff.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and coordinating HR activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Assist with service work orders position as needed.
  • Order and manage office and HR supplies.
  • Support HR functions such as timekeeping, payroll, and employee records.
  • Assist in invoice processing, billing, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with HR software or systems is a plus.

Compensation:

$75,000-$87,000 annual salary (US Dollars) The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
