Operations Manager Position Available In New York, New York

Responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s day-to-day operations and catering department. Other duties include assisting the management in ensuring the proper preparation and servicing of authentic Japanese specialty food and beverages, managing operational planning and budgeting, negotiating with vendors, overseeing staff performance, and making recommendations to improve operations and customer service. Supervise 4 cooks and waiters.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

2 years experience in job offered or Management Professional or related. Any suitable combination of education, training & experience is acceptable. Job location in New York, NY and various unanticipated catering venues requiring travel.
