On the Merchant Team, we’re building the easiest, most profitable way for merchants to grow. About the Role The Merchant Team is looking for a strategic, results-driven operator to lead our Merchant Strategy & Planning function. In this role you will lead planning for the Merchant Team, building our long-term vision, near-term operating plan, metrics, and key investment allocations. You will align key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing to this plan, and oversee ongoing reviews of our quarterly goals. You will also lead the evaluation and execution of key strategic opportunities that cut across the organization. This role reports to the Head of Merchant Strategy & Operations. • Collaborate with senior leaders across Strategy, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to align key priorities, objectives, and resourcing needs+ Operational Excellence
• Drive team accountability and execution through planning cadences, business reviews, and oversight of Merchant acquisition, experience, and growth investments + Build

Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
