Job Description
Basis LLC, a developer of financial industry apps, seeks Strategic Business Design Manager in NYC to lead strategic dsgn projects that align w/ co.’s bus. objectives & user needs. Specs. incl.: translating user needs into product strategies & dsgn features; assessing task priorities relative to bus. needs & engr. constraints & planning product roadmap accordingly; creating dsgn briefs & feature docs, incl. wireframing; mnging wrkload distribution to imprv timeline eff.; mnging the feature dvlpmnt cycle from conception to implmntation to facilitate dvlpmnt wrkflow; dvlp user reqs for product ideas; coord. QA use-case testing for dvlpmnt wrkforce implmntation; identifying & mitigating data security risks; anlyzing mrkt insights & user behavioral data; assess & eval. user data to enhance product UI & imprv overall exps.; mnging product dvlpmnt tracking tools; collab. comm. w/ supp. & sales to assess necessary updates/mods. to product & mrkting campaigns; implmnting & maintaining product policies & procedures doc.; providing progress updates to mgmt. for mrkting & sales purposes. Reqs U.S. Bach. of Bus. Admin. deg in Strategic Dsgn & Mgmt. + 5 yrs exp. in strategic product dsgn in fintech setting using user exp. (UX) dsgn principles, data-driven decision-making, data security & QA processes, & JIRA, GitHub, Hotjar, & Google Analytics. Telecomm. from w/in mainland U.S. is perm.
