From startups introducing new ideas to the world to established companies looking to stay ahead, we help businesses tell the story of why they matter. We’re looking for a Workplace Operations Lead to be the heartbeat of our in-office culture, someone who ensures everything runs smoothly and who creates an environment that feels welcoming, thoughtful, and on-point—just like the brands we build. You’re an experienced administrative professional who values hospitality and thrives in environments where every detail matters. Your presence makes things better, smoother, and more intentional—and people feel taken care of when you’re around. You’ll manage the office budget and daily operations, including food and beverage, pest control, mail distribution, AV troubleshooting, and cleaning services. You’re the go-to for ensuring a comfortable and welcoming workplace. You’re a pro at scheduling and calendar support. Our Project Managers and Client Directors will rely on you for support across internal and client-facing meetings. You will provide scheduling support when other admins are ooto. You’ll work in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with flexibility to come in for Monday or Friday meetings as needed. You’ll own scheduling and logistics for in-person meetings—coordinating rooms, prepping materials, ordering catering as needed, and ensuring everyone is where they need to be. You’ll also plan employee engagement moments and maintain neighborhood resources for clients and team members. For larger client engagements, you may own coordinating the full project milestone schedule, collaborating with client-side support teams to align on availability and schedule all key meetings. When clients visit, you’re the host: warm, organized, and attentive. You’ll ensure meetings are well-stocked and well-fed, upholding a standard of hospitality that reflects the quality of our work. You may be tapped to contribute to ad hoc projects across teams and the company as needed.
What works here:
In a lot of ways, we embody the best things about a startup culture. We are self-starters who know how to create something from nothing. Someone who is both independent and values collaboration will be successful here.
