Salary:
$125,000
- 175,000 Duties Lead and manage daily operations of multiple concrete batching plants locally Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improve operational performance.
Oversee Plant Managers, Drivers, Maintenance and Support Teams to deliver reliable solutions Monitor production schedules, dispatch operations, and inventory Manage the budget, costs, and KPI’s Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Experience Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred 7+ years of ready mix concrete or heavy construction industry experience Proven experience in plant or area operations management Qualifications Ready mix concrete exposure is a must DOT experience is a plus Why is This a Great Opportunity This is a growing division within the company.
