Individual needs to be dependable, competent, strong automotive mechanics acumen, and focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement of best practices. This role is focused on quality, concierge service to our valued customers, and a great business sense to keep revenues high and integrity throughout each process. Job Responsibilities Summary:

• Lead production meetings with team
• Assign staff and technicians appropriately to the needs of the clients
• Financial focus on shop revenues
• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the shop, staff, and overall revenues
• P&L, Forecasts, Credits, and keeping health financials
• Payroll and HR responsibilities met as needed
• Operational excellence
• Assurance that customer service is met at highest standards
• Identification of areas of continuous improvement and best practices
• Roll up sleeves mentality to do what needs to be done operationally for success
• Due diligence on safety, quality, cleanliness, standards being met/exceeded etc.
• Identifies, mentors, and develops staff for overall staff satisfaction and retention
• Develops competent staff for outstanding outcomes and service
• Strong auto mechanic speak, process, and acumen to support operations
